My tracking says “No information available at the moment”
In case your tracking number was provided but it doesn’t have any updates: For some shipping companies, it takes 7-15 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Your order is already at the Airport but the processing time is quite long, the goods are waiting to be picked up on the airplane – That’s why the Courier in your country can’t track more information of the shipment yet. We’re always pushing the Courier to deliver your order as soon as possible, we have no reason to delay the shipment because that’s no good for us… If your order tracking number was provided more than 15 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
